Christ said "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." He was asked - what is the most important thing, and He said "love one another." The Republican Party says "stand around and watch people die, because money and corporate interests are more important. Take care of yourself only and allow your fellow man to suffer and perish to reduce taxes." How does the Republican Party embrace of deprivation for the most vulnerable in our society reflect Christian principles? The spirit of the anti-Christ is infesting the Republican Party. You are deceived if you follow Bush, and you are following that deception to your doom.
Bush was content to watch thousands of people die. He wasn't even willing to curtail his vacation in order to act to save human lives. Is Bush telling the Secret Service to go away and stop protecting him? No. That proves that HE wants protection for his life, but he's UNWILLING to give that protection to others unless forced to by public opinion. Not only that, but he encourages others to follow in his footsteps and betray one of the most basic Christian principles - love for our fellow man.
You can't be a Christian and follow the anti-Christ. The two are fundamentally incompatible. You need to decide if your religion is more important than the power of Bush politics. Your choice will decide your fate at final judgement.
End of story.
