HIGH RISE OFFICE AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS WILL SWAY DANGEROUSLY...A FEW TO THE POINT OF TOTAL COLLAPSE. ALL WINDOWS WILL BLOW OUT.

AIRBORNE DEBRIS WILL BE WIDESPREAD...AND MAY INCLUDE HEAVY ITEMS SUCH AS HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES AND EVEN LIGHT VEHICLES. SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES AND LIGHT TRUCKS WILL BE MOVED. THE BLOWN DEBRIS WILL CREATE ADDITIONAL DESTRUCTION. PERSONS...PETS...AND LIVESTOCK EXPOSED TO THE WINDS WILL FACE CERTAIN DEATH IF STRUCK.

6. The only unexpected part was FEMA et al's reaction...

i.e. locking people into the shelters with zero sustenance and zero sanitation, shutting off working power, phone, and water lines, turning away rescuers, and so on.

9. SHAME GAME: Dear Mr. Brown (FEMA director):

Dear Mr. Brown:

I am so sorry that you have had to answer so many questions about all those people who would not get out of New Orleans when they were told to. Now we find ourselves having to pay for all their housing and water and my goodness when will they be able to find jobs again? Maybe Vocational Rehabilitation Services in the states where they are currently living can be employed to do this. I know that this is a federal service and we are sure glad that the US Government is standing behind this effort 100%
