What I've not heard a peep about on TV or in the papers -- tch tch -- is that NOLa is the major exit point for rail shipments supplying the Iraq War.
Wouldnt it be nice if the war suddenly came to a grinding halt -- because of hurricane?

And are calling the remaining citizens in the area "insurgents" (on the radio as well as the armytimes.com magazine).
