A letter from a friend about Katrina and the war in Iraq

What I've not heard a peep about on TV or in the papers -- tch tch -- is that NOLa is the major exit point for rail shipments supplying the Iraq War.

Wouldnt it be nice if the war suddenly came to a grinding halt -- because of hurricane?

1. They'd spin it to be due the 'insurgency'

The insurgency won a few months ago.... we're just there to save face.

2. Well, that's why they declared war against New Orleans...

And are calling the remaining citizens in the area "insurgents" (on the radio as well as the armytimes.com magazine).
