to a whole other administration that actually focuses on policies and facts.
These guys have honed their Public Relations, or Propaganda, "skills" over a long period of time. Some former insiders have commented that with them it is all politics all the time.
They never turn it off, they never even turn it down from the high levels seen during major political campaigns.
To be fair, how can they be expected to govern effectively as WELL AS keep the gigantic propaganda machine going? Keep all their fellow party cronies in lock step marching with them right or wrong AND take care of the poor people of our nation?
This is in contrast to President Clinton's administration in which there was a voracious appetite for information, for issues, for discussion, considering alternatives.
Every administration has to devote some resources to Public Relations, but most will ratchet that down and the issues and governance up between elections.
That's what the Clinton administration did.
So you see? We're not really being fair to the W administration. How can they be expected to excel at both propaganda AND government? We need to help them with that OTHER thing - governing the nation. :sarcasm:
