I've been thinking about it, and I just have to rant. I've realized that the aftermath of Katrina is just the latest of a very long line of increasingly deadly disasters caused by George Bush.
Everything Bush touches becomes a disaster. As a private citizen, every one of his businesses failed disasterously, the 2000 election was a disaster for the way presidents were (s)elected, his failure to wake up to the terrorist threat was a disaster, 9/11 was a disaster, his subsequent failed "search" for Bin Laden was a disaster, his ill-planned Iraq war is a disaster, and of course Katrina was a huge disaster, but his failure to protect people's lives in the aftermath was even a bigger disaster.
Don't even get me started on the huge damage related to the environment, economy, personal liberties, the middle class, and so many more disasters caused by that man and his policies. Everything he touches becomes a disaster.
Until he leaves, things will not get better.
