talking points to the media. For example, if someone finds credible data incriminating BushCo that has been spun, or if state and local officials have been wrongly blamed, someone (a volunteer?) should blast it out immediately to ALL news outlets to make sure it gets picked up.

We need to get organized on this or the Rovian spin will make the anti-Christ look clean.

It is a National Response Plan that clearly shows that Bush Admin held responsiblity from time state of emergency was delared. AND that from that point forward, it did NOT require specific requests from the state and local authorities.
