2. I friggin hope so. The fact that the nation impeached a president

for lying about a consensual extramarital sex act, yet has allowed Der Emperor to lie about far more insidious and costly things makes me shudder.

I couldn't really look at it as an "upside" but I guess I could live with it being a fortunate side-effect of a catastrophic disaster.
