Tom DeLay filth - cancel all investigations, ignore Katrina crisis.
"DeLay points to local officials
House cancels hearings; joint panel to look at Katrina response

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- The House majority leader late Tuesday tried to deflect criticism of the federal response to Hurricane Katrina by saying "the emergency response system was set up to work from the bottom up," then announced a short time later that House hearings examining that response had been canceled."

http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/09/07/katrina.congress/index.html

I vote that Tom DeLay be the first to be denied ALL taxpayer funded security until at least 5 DAYS after any security incident!

3. He doesn't want anyone to interfere with Bush's whitewash.
So it's not surprising that congress would defer to the investigation that will be led someday by none other than Dubya himself.

***

Mr. Bush promised to lead an investigation into what went wrong, although a White House spokesman quickly qualified the statement, saying the inquiry would come later to avoid diverting resources from the recovery efforts.

9. I just called his office in D.C.
His female aide tried to quiet me by saying I wasn't one of his constituents. I stated that this investigation concerns the whole country so she gave me some useless voicemail of one of his sycophants. My blood boils antime I talk to a dumbshit in his office.
