Solid interview with NBC's Brian Williams on The Daily Show about N.O.
I thought it was good! Anyone else see it? Have an opinion on it.

The rest of the show was a little bit of a let down from last nights 9.5, (it was about a 7 out of 10).

Plus, they DID play the "F*ck you, Dick Cheney! a few times, and they did ride Cheney fairly hard the first half of the show.

1. I thought Brian Williams did a good job
and at the end, even though he said he would not give an opinion as he was a news man, he seemed nearly choked up when he said he had a hard time seeing how his own little daughter was thought to be worth more than the little children he saw suffering in NO. And he also said, but never finished (because he didn't have to) that if this had happened in Nantucket, or Boston, etc. we'd have seen helicopters there in a blink.

2. Another great show, loved Brian Williams' comments
It would be hard for even Jon Stewart to top off last night! It was simply one of the best he has ever done or ever will probably. Loved Brian Williams' comments about his time in NO... he has obviously "seen the light" with this administration. You could tell that he was forcing himself to refrain from too many comments.

3. I've never been a fan of his, but...
I thought he did a great job. Reporting in New Orleans seems to have been a transforming experience for him...

4. I liked his line about Ted Koppel interviewing Brown.
"He went after him like a pinata."

5. I could have listened to him all night tell his stories of what he saw. I
could not believe how Sheppard Smith acted on that overpass. Geraldo, well, he was probably sincere in what he was saying; however, the forced crying was a little over the top.

I'm glad the MSM is finally not covering everything up or just not reporting whatever this administration doesn't like. One could almost trust their reports instead of reading reports from all over the World. There has always been such a huge difference in the opinions of some stories.

7. Brian Williams was quite impressive tonight. I hope he remains as
willing to challenge authority.
