Tell me about Dean on Wolfie's show!!
I kept hearing Wolf saying he's have Dean on "next." Then after a break, another "next." Then another break, then I had an appointment and couldn't keep watching. So -- what did he say? What did Wolfie ask? How did Dean answer?

If there's already a thread on it, please point me to it -- thanks!

1. He was more direct than I've seen him in a long time
He said he believes that * doesn't care equally about all people in the country -- pointing to the policies that have hurt the poor, people of color and elderly inordinately -- and DIDN'T BACK DOWN when Leslie countered with, "You've just made a very strong charge against the president of the united states." I was frankly VERY proud of him.

3. Sounds like he hammered home all the points we need to be making
as a people and as a Party.

If ever this Party needed a straight-talker as Chairman, these are the days!

Yay for Howard Dean!

5. called Wolfie out on using GOP talking points, too.
Exposing GOP control of the media and the voting machines is EXACTLY the right tactic for the DNC.

Dean;s doing a great job so far and I really believe they are working on more.

6. Wolf was hard on him, but he stood up (politely) and did great! He also
had statistics to back all this up, and just said all the things so many of us had hoped to start hearing people say for so long now.

Thank you Howard Dean!!!!

7. He was awesome!
Leslie kept trying to change the subject and bring up points to defend bunkerboy and the repukes and take his words out of context, but he would have none of it!

He was very good.

8. He did great. No pussyfooting around. Clear, irrefutable points.
Basically said, look at the results.

He said "don't listen to what they say, look at what they DO".

Didn't back down to Leslie's RW talking points.

Leslie even had the nerve to put up First Lady Stepford Wife's whining about her hubby's treatment ("disgusting", "he DOES care"), and asked if Dean agreed w/her.

Dean's immediate answer? A firm: NO

9. Wolf: does Bush care about people? Dean: No, he doesn't.
Wolf: should John Roberts be confirmed. Dean: No, he should not.

10. Questions: Did Dean say Brown should be fired?
Did he comment on Pickle's comment, or Chimp's mother's comment?

And afterwards, did they have any "political analysts" on to discuss what Dean said? Thanks.

12. Yes, to Pickles, yes to Brown being fired.
He really spoke out. Don't know about the analysts.
