http://www.asyfreedomwalk.com/logos.htmlWHAT IS BUSHVILLE?-Bushville, DC will be the FACT that even George Bush can’t bluster away.
http://www.bushville.org/Bushville will stay through:
-Rumsfield’s 9/11 Freedom March
-The Katrina investigations and trials.
-The catharsis of Rove’s treason conviction.
-The Supreme Court coronations.
-Bush’s last days of office - soon.
-The rebuilding of our government’s ability to protect us.
Perhaps there will be only 3 of you, perhaps hundreds.
Stand together on the Mall with signs saying “Bushville, DC” and you have founded a symbolic City of Dissent. Take pictures and circulate them so the vision spreads.
Activists who are willing to risk jail should non-violently stand their ground.
We are NOT counter-demonstrating against the Freedom March. They are commemorating the tragedy of 9/11/01 and should be honored. We are all Americans and it’s time to be kind to one another again.
This is NOT an organized event. There is no official March.
Come to the Mall and Build Bushville, DC.
- The police dislike Bush as much as we do - treat them with firm politeness.
- We need volunteers to teach non-violent protest techniques.
- We need people with video cameras.
- We need lawyers on the scene.
- We need a spirit of healing and community.
