3. Who made the decision to take a lot of
evacuees to other locations.I know it was by invitation by other states, but most of them did not know when they boarded a bus or an airplane where they were being relocated. Maybe they don't want to be where they are. Another thing that bothers me is if most of them go from place to place before settling down, how will that affect their voting rights. Most states have a minimum of months or years to be eligible to vote. I know they are better off now, because they are alive and being fed and clothed, but it seemed to resemble a cattle drive.

4. You think you are kidding?
I think half of this tragedy was due to FEMA help delays wanting to make the Dem. Gov look bad. But just like Plame incident, it got out of hand.

5. FEMA was not lazy.
They were "working hard" and doing a "heck of a job" actively blocking aid and rescuers from entering, and blocking evacuees from leaving. They did cause half of the tragedy.

The other half was the job of The Corps of Engineers, whom Bush deliberately underfunded for levee repairs.

This was genocide, plain and simple.
