Scroll down to the Politics section.

Is it just me who thinks this is the best Democratic TV appearance in a while?

I even sent support to the DNC- I need more of this...

4. Ok, click on the politics section on the right.
Then just pick the one that is there. Use the Search video for Howard Dean, and it is still there. They just make it hard to find. You will get the first part of the new video until your search is complete.

6. Frankly, I think Dean did a piss-poor job of refuting the bus question.
The answer really should be: precisely how much resources was a city mayor and a state governor supposed to employ in light of FEMA - whose JOB is to RESPOND to a tragedy of this magnitude?

Exactly HOW MUCH?

8. I think Wolf did a piss poor job...trying to deflect blame from FEMA
While ignoring the fact Dean was trying to explain to him that if you tell me the chain of command I will tell you who messed up.

Listen or read the transcript....Dean said if you have the order of command, I can answer you.

Dean clearly said that everyone bore blame for preparation beforehand. He said FEMA had the blame afterwards.

10. Yeah, Wolf was a jerk, but I really think Dean could have countered
that better.

12. He couldn't answer it better...he did not know the answers yet.
Wolf was using talking points to pin him down, and Dean could not answer because no one knows the answer yet.

7. thanks, everyone!
I found it by following your instructions. Dean made his points, but when Wolf kept yelling the rw meme about the school buses I was ready to strangle him! Too bad Dean couldn't make the argument-which he tried to do-that you had to know who was in charge of the buses-did the mayor have the authority to commandeer them? Also, I believe that it would be FEMA who ultimately controlled where they went-after all, the mayor has no jurisdiction outside the city limits-where were the buses to go?

9. What was the order of command....Dean was asking that.
He assessed blame for preparation before the storm to everyone.
