It would be interesting to have input from a true law scholar as to whether the recent pictures showing floating bodies would be considered 'giving aid and comfort'.

What sort of protection does 'ex post facto' provide us in light of the recent court decisions? As my philosophical mind sees it, this storm is a bit too perfect.
