3. Nope he is admitting they did it. And he said it wasn't a mistake to do
it. Because of some bogus bullshit about a boat ramming another boat.

6. How does a boat ramming another boat
affect people crossing a bridge on foot?

9. He claims the boat spilled fuel or some shit and threaten to break
the leeve on their side which might have let water into Gretna which never flooded. It was bullshit in my opinion because for one thing the leeve didn't break on the Gretna side and that it from what he was describing it seems like it would have been easy to determine that it was not going to flood on the Gretna side.

He admits that he prevented people from crossing into Gretna.
Edited on Sat Sep-10-05 06:27 PM by LandOLincoln
Says it was for their own good--that they were better off on high ground because Jeff Parish was flooded too.

Denying that he took their food and water. Says he'd like to talk to them about that; says it's likely a case of mistaken identity.

On edit: likely, not like

8. I missed whether they addressed the allegation that people in cars were
allowed to pass while they stopped those on foot. And why on earth confisgate their food and water?
