Floored, he's surprised by this?
Little scotty at powerline is surprised that Iran is "infiltrating" Iraq. Surpise Scotty, much like the disaster that is NO it is a surprise to you (your cronies) and to no one else.

Let me think, invade a country, set up a government that is closer in ideology to Iran than the "homeland" and let's all guess what we get.
