I want a transcript of this -- because he is (unwittingly) describing EXACTLY what the Supreme Court did in Bush v. Gore.

Now they're complaining that people don't trust the court NOT to interject their own personal beliefs into their rulings. Well guess who eroded our confidence in an impartial judiciary?!?
