apparently nothing much has changed.

My original post is this nominee, not enough to the Supreme Court, but as Chief Justice, is the absolute utter "kiss my ass" and "f y" from this administration.

I repeat what I said elsewhere, ANY, and I do mean ANY democrat who votes approval of this nominee, needs to be warned that they will not be supported in their next ren for election.

ANY!

They need feed back from the democratic constituency who voted for them.

They will receive no funds, not get a single vote, nada, zip, nothing, go to jail and do not collect $200, if they dare to vote favorably on this nominee.

That's my opinion.

I don't happen to have the luxury of having A SINGLE democrat I can so promise. But some of you do. And if any Democrat dares to vote for any Democrat who approves this nomination, I do hope you will voice your opinions forcefully and seek immediately other candidates to replace them who DO represent the Democratic party.

Even if it is one of those Democrats who ran for President, and that includes Kerry, Kucinish, Lieberman, et al.

Any Democrat who approves this nomination is NOT representing DEMOCRATS. They are liars, and opportunists, bought and paid for. They are NOT representing the Democratic electorate.

They may have their personal feelings, but their vote of approval will count. And if they can be so bought and sucking that they would vote for this nominee, they are NOT representing Democrats.

Period.
