I just had the hair on the back of my neck stand up as I listened to Scarbourgh talk about *'s 911 moment standing on the rubble of the WTC taking charge. He said there was a disconnect with Katrina.

I began to think about this and if we believe either MIHOP or LIHOP and PNAC and the making of a "war president legacy" they were just waiting in the wings to capitalize on the situation back in 2001.

Katrina and the NO flood didn't play into their plans, really caught them off guard - therefore they were not prepared. That's why * failed miserably in the early days of the aftermath and why he's taken so long to address the American people like he did today.
