I'd really like to know who the mastermind was behind the "lottery" idea.

Bush will create scores of Pavlov's Dogs, all up and down the Eastern Seaboard.

But there's a twist:

Press the bar, DON'T get a pellet, get pissed, bust windows and shit, tip over cars, break windows, Bush declares Martial Law, Congress passes "emergency" legislation to grant him a third term while the country burns.

It's not like going down to 7-11 and buying a $1 scratcher and thinking "Awwwwww...I didn't win."

Bush is going to dangle a carrot in front of people who are angry, but it's not a carrot, it's a free fucking house.
