HERE'S The Argument To Beat Rove (If The Dems Want It)
This is so simple I'm guessing the DemoLOSERSCouncil will miss it -- but to counter this ridiculous spending bill, the counterargument should go something like this:

"Bush appointed a horse trainer to run disaster management, and he now wants us to believe a political consultant can rebuild the city of New Orleans?"

That's it. Hammer THAT home again and again and again and it's over.

Who will do it, Democrats?

1. The Benedict Arnold pol who gave up a CIA agent? And all of
the "Hammer's" staffers are under indictment....

What would the repubs have done with this against Clinton? We Dems are pussies.

If only a Republican could get a blow-job!

3. We should also use the argument against Roberts...

and any other appointee. Bush has proven that he cannot be trusted to pick people to work in the government, supposedly on behalf of the American people. We shouldn't allow another of his appointees to be confirmed until the ones already in place have undergone another background check to ensure they are A) competent and B) honest on their resumes. Are they really who they say they are?

That's the case to make. I haven't heard anyone in the party leadership say that though....

5. Rove has not been named and is missing meetings due to kidney stones
Karen Hughes is back in the fold. But nobody has been named head of the the rebuilding effort.
