13. Now's not the time to criticize MSNBC. Their coverage far better than CNN

last night, after the speech, imho. Crosby interviewed a number of people who actually would be affected, most of them were skeptical about the promises of the speech. In general, I think MSNBC has been more on-the-ball about calling Bush out lately. (Possible exception, of course, is CNN going to court over the issue of photography in NO.)

I mean, calling Bush a liar is the equivalent of Pat Robertson saying we should assassinate Chavez; or Jesse Helms threatening Clinton if he came to Carolina; or Ann Coulter debating whether we should impeach or assassinate Clinton; or Babs Bush saying she can't waste her beautiful mind thinking of casualties in Iraq; or, well you get the picture.

They didn't HAVE to say that...and the rest of the article carries through with essentially saying Bush screwed up (or lied).

will certainly call him one. Media is now just entertainment. They could care less about anything but ratings and selling advertising.
