At the time I thought Clinton was threatened by the Massad to pardon Rich since Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak phoned Clinton and Foxman the national director of the ADL wrote him. I did watch BBC coverage on BBC America, and BBC World on PBS. Their tone was "horrified" for what was happening to the poor people. They only started to gloat when Bush started to take a beating. They were not kind. But, if that had happened in their country, they would have flayed the sking off of Blair on live TV in Britain.
