I've worked for 20 years managing a federal rental assistance program, having to deal with HUD regulations, and this guy has messed up the subsidy programs for low-income people to the point its barely operating.

and now I'm sure he'll be issuing MORE cut-backs to low-income people to pay for this fictitious 'homeownership' program in the hurricane-hit regions. the money will end up in the pockets of bush's business cronies.
