There seems to be a few Pubs seeing the light and wanting to become DEMs
The threads on DU have been spiked with stories of Former Pubs admitting their error and having to eat crow....

They are sick of being scammed by the cool ade/Pub BS.

Help these guys to come over...make them feel wanted....give them humor, smiles, and understanding.

We use Humor first...How to Prepare Crow for dining ........

Some names of Crow dishes we might suggest....(trying to help the transition with humor)

Crow Gumbo
Crow Under Glass
Crow Teriyaki
Crow Chow Mein
Roast Crow
Crow Steaks
Crow with Rice Pilaf
Crow Stew
Fried Crow
Smoked Crow

help me out here..... :)

17. I came across this a few years back. Seems SO appropriate here
According to the Knight-Ridder News Service, the inscription on
the metal bands used by the U.S. Department of the Interior to
tag migratory birds has been changed. The bands used to bear
the address of the Washington Biological Survey, abbreviated:

WASH. - BIOL. - SURV.

Until the agency received the following letter from an Arkansas
camper:

Dear Sirs:
While hunting last week I shot one of your birds.
I think it was a crow. I followed the cooking
instructions on the leg tag and I want to tell
you, it was horrible.

The bands are now marked FISH AND WILDLIFE SERVICE.

Baked Crow stuff with Hannity dingle berries with a ting of hot tasty urine.

Steam Crow covered with O'Reilly Smegma sauce. A real yummy dish for a hungry freeper on a rainy night.

52. ok, not crow, but with so many bird jokes...
Sing a song of sixpence
Pocket full of rye
Four and twenty blackbirds
Baked into a pie.
When the pie was opened
The birds began to sing,
Wasn't that a dainty thing
To set before the King.

Could be crows, but would need to be reeeealy big pie shell.

-Historical note: this dish would have been an amusing "subtilty" for the medieval king in question. Large pies were made by separately baking shells and adding ingredients later. They were sometimes called "coffins" of pastry.

Ok, I know, history geek warning.
