BBC UK Jail Break of Iraqi Jail Top on Mian Page
Two British soldiers have been freed from the jail in the Iraqi city of Basra where they were being held after UK tanks smashed down a wall.

2. Bwahahahahaha, negotiations!
Here's the deal, Muhammed. We smash down your jail, take back our guys and if you make one move to stop us, we blow you to bits. Now, we could have just gone ahead and done it, but this way, it's a negotiation. So which is it, we get our guys and you live, or we get our guys and you die?

This is going to be great. There's footage all over the place of this one and they can't lie their way out.

3. Does this mean they were not prisoners of war?
...pictures of two soldiers being detained in police cells show the men wearing civilian clothes.

The official said: "They were driving a civilian car and were dressed in civilian clothes when a shooting took place between them and Iraqi patrols.

Also this:

...Violence has been increasing in the British-controlled Basra region in recent months...
