Bush heads back to NOLA. Slightly overdressed? Looks a little bulky.

2. Why does * always wear the same belt and shoes?
Why are his clothes ill-fitting and wrinkled? He simply does not look presidential (or even manly), especially next to General Honore.

7. cowboys are too stupid to get the boots back on the correct feet
so they never take 'em off.

Why do cowboys always have their names on their belts?

So they can see who they're fucking.

3. Nah.
If he's wearing a vest under his shirt, it'd be so thin that it'd be useless.

More likely all that cake-eatin' and gee-tar strummin' negated all his bike-fall-offin'.

8. Someone else must have dressed him this time
It doesn't look like he mis-buttoned his shirt like he did when he talked from New Orleans - the collars are pretty equi-distant from the last fastened button.

Baby-steps.
