Jeb's accent (or lack thereof)

I was listening to Jeb talk about hurricane Rita about an hour ago. Where's the Texas drawl? Jeb doesn't seem to live in the same Ahmurica, or be afraid of the same terra-ists.

Were he and George raised in different states? Has no one brought this up before? Either Jeb has made a conscious effort to get rid of the accent, or George W is making quite a performance out of it.

Whereas Georgie was born in CT and didn't move to TX until he was in his teens. So where does the drawl come from? I have never heard anyone else from CT talk like that. Notice his parents also don't have accents. Only him. Funny how Jeb who is younger has no accent. Come to think of it, none of his other siblings do either.:eyes:
