4. McCain is the GOP "Good Cop" - and he has lost all credibility.
I cant believe I once fell for the oldest ruse in the book: "Good Cop/Bad Cop"

13. Yes there are-the "Good" is in quotations.
"Good Cop-Bad Cop" is an old police interrogation method.

McCain is the "Good Cop" who gets you on his side- brings you coffee & a smoke while really working against you.

8. actually it is kinda funny
what makes it effective is the immense suffering of the voiceless from NOLA; mccain juxtaposes their innocence and silence by mentioning brown's earlier 11 year job as headman of the arabian horse association, and 'no arabian horses' dying means brown, supposedly, at least honoured his earlier responsibility to the horses (while dishonouring his responsibility to the poor in NOLA)

like me still, right?" (pant pant)

i hope all the people who thought he'd be a good "compromise" candidate are eating crow by the bowlful.

in domestic (guess where that will be?) spending. God forgive me for sending him a nice letter during the 2000 primary season in re his late father for he's as bad as the rest of the neocons although he at least tries to put on a nice face and that is most devious.

19. That was one crappy interview.......
And =WHY= didn't Tweety ask McLame what he thought of putting an administration member who is currently under investigation (Rove) in charge of such a vital position with Katrina?

Never came up.

Notice how Tweety never cuts McLame off to demand "YES or NO" answers like he does with so many other guests? He lets him off easy everytime.

Matthews sucked by not asking tough questions.. But chipmunk cheeks DEFINITELY sucked more.. That was one shitty interview. :puke:

26. It is that Tweety chuckled along. . .
it was inexcusable actually. Which is why I complained. Sorry I don't see the government's screw-ups and hundreds of death worth joking about and if Tweety was what he should be he would have asked McCain why that was so funny. Instead he whored it up right along beside McCain. Yes, I fired off emails to both MSNBC and McCain to complain.

23. mccain is just as guilty as bush
for all of those who have died or been wounded in the unjustified and unnecessary invasion of Iraq

for not stopping bush after he knew how dangerous and destructive he and his gang are

he could have, at any point in this ongoing nightmare, stepped forward and spoke up and saved this nation and this world a hell of a lot of misery.

but instead he's chosen, over and over, the welfare of bushco over the wellfare of the American citizens they're both supposed to serve.

He had my respect, and a Dem vote in SC during the repub primaries in 2000( I didn't want bush way back then). He lost it when he campaigned for bush in 2004. How can you respect a man who bows to kiss the ass of the thug who slandered his wife?
