Hurricane Katrina has devastated countless communities on the Gulf Coast. The relief effort is underway, but the costs of cleaning and rebuilding cities such as New Orleans and Biloxi will be immense.

This survey began on Tuesday, September 6 and will end Tuesday, September 27.

Too bad they didn't offer more "other"s, because I would have said, "cut military pork first." (a la missing billions in Iraq)
