Why in the world would Bush choose this morning to give a speech about terrorism, with a Cat 5 storm threatening the Gulf Coast as early as tomorrow? Did you notice that MSNBC continued to show footage of the storm all through his speech?

He has lost his touch completely. The handlers are running scared and are panicking. It's now clear to even the folks at the WH that he is in over his head.

Did you notice the practiced effort at "strength" as opposed to his deer-in-the-headlights performance in the Katrina speech?
