is that Rita will just suddenly peter out (weather can change so quickly). Not only would all those good souls be spared, but Bush, FEMA, and Goodhair would be left holding on to each other with egg on their faces.

Can just imagine GW waking with a start a few days following such a reversal. When the little woman asks him what's the matter, he would reply:
"I had a nightmare. God came to speak to me."
"What'd he say?" asks Pickles.
"Made you look!" he sputters.

I wish Rumsfeld gets arrested for war crimes against humanity for torture
I wish Karen Hughes falls in love with a black French man, has the time of her life, and writes a book about how wrong she was about life.
I wish John Bolton's, and John Robert's files get released and we get to see the shams that they are.
I wish John McCain realizes his party's wrongdoing and just goes home for a while and relax.
I wish we win in 2008.
