though the people were thirsty and hungry and left to fend for themselves - we didn't see a out and out riot. Instead they chanted for food and water and then rather orderly left once the buses came to evacuate them. Overall - I give the people of NO high grades for handling themselves amid all the confusion and disruption.

Now lets see how the people of Houston and Galveston handle themselves. We are already seeing people losing patience on the interstates. If this keeps up - lets see what grade we'll give these people.

.. there are less recources now, because some are still being used in NO. The Red Cross is also stretched. So really this should take much longer. I would like to bet it does not.
