Does anyone have a copy of the text of the letter being circulated by Rep. Frank LoBiondo (R-NJ) calling on Bush to time-limit the suspension of Davis/Bacon on the Gulf Coast?
More important, does anyone have a list of which GOP House members have actually signed the letter?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

above the the prevailing wage due to competition for workers. So like everything other thing bush does, it fails.
Heard it on NPR.
