Katrina and Rita should not be treated as exams

by the MSM, but I'm afraid they will be.

They will give Bush an 'F' for Katrina, and probably an undeserved 'B' for Rita, for an overrall grade of C minus.

Rough analogy, I know, but I fear that is the way it will be portrayed.

Fact is, he flunked out of leadership school already.
