Who was Bianca?
Bush called on her at his press conference last week (obviously a plant who would ask him a softball question)and she wasn't there! He kept asking for her and when a female reporter started to ask him a question he asked,"Are you Bianca?" (I guess so he'd get his card out with the answer on it).

Does anybody know who she was or was supposed to be?

"I'd give up drinking coffee for Sanka, even Sanka, Bianca for you!"

Bianca Davie - Bloomberg According to the press pool and NY Daily News

"Where, oh where, is Bianca? President Bush treated White House reporters to a decidedly goofy moment yesterday, when he kept demanding the whereabouts of the junior Bloomberg News correspondent during a mini-press conference at the Pentagon. "Bianca?" Bush inquired, looking down at a list of White House press poolers (notably Bloomberg reporter Bianca Davie). "Nobody named Bianca? Well, sorry Bianca's not here. I'll be glad to answer her question." While Vice President Cheney and other high officials smiled supportively, Bush explained: "Just trying to spread around the joy of asking a question." More official smiles. The President wouldn't give up. "Are you Bianca?" he asked another young woman. "No, I'm not," the woman answered. "Anita - Fox News." Bush responded with determination: "Okay. I was looking for Bianca. I'm sorry." Yesterday, I, too, had trouble locating Bianca, who didn't return my phone call by deadline."

9. She is Bianca Davie of Bloomberg News, and she was at the back of the room
http://www.wonkette.com/politics/pool-reports/wh-pool-report-biancas-identity-revealed-127060.php

In the White House pool report, we learn that "Bianca" is "Bianca Davie of Bloomberg News." We also learn the Prez is quite a kidder!

The Oval Office statements with Jordan's King Abdullah were standard -- leaders in chairs in front of the fireplace, etc. The Jordanian press corps was well-behaved. White House aides yapped "thank you!" immediately at the end of the two leaders' statements, but Bush got a twinkle in his eye as the press headed out the door and quipped: "Hey, the king wants to know if Bianca is here."

UPDATE: Sources inform us that Bianca was at the Pentagon for the President's remarks, but she was sitting in the back, and she's in radio so she had headphones on. After the conference, someone said: "Who's Bianca?" She said sheepishly: "I am." Someone asked, "Didn't you hear him?" She said: "I didn't have a question." Of course most people don't have questions, but ask them anyway. Not everyone can be Dickerson right out of the gate.
