How Representative is your Democratic Rep of your Views&Opinion
On a scale of 1 to 10 (with Ten(10) being 100% representative of your views). How representative would you consider your Democratic Rep & Senator for that matter?

Are our Democratic Senators and Reps becoming more and more detached from grass root Dem's and Liberal views?

1. I consider myself lucky my our local Congressman rates 9
I was at an event yesterday where he was speaking and his speech was right there.
I even had a chance to sit down and talk with him 1 on 1.

3. On matters like Iraq war, foreign policy, economic policy,
Byrd is great. He's a terrific statesman and constitutional scholar. But when it comes to social policies, like prayer in school, right to choose, equal rights amendment, nuh huh. He still wins hands down over congressional idjit Smelly Moore Capitulator. I wouldn't vote for her if she was the only candidate running against Hitler.

5. I'm happy with the MA delegation
Every single member of the MA congressional delegation voted against the Bankruptcy Bill and against CAFTA. That's pretty good.

We had a chance to send Martin Frost back to Congress, but he screwed up his campaign too many times. Now we're stuck with Pete Sessions, and boy oh boy, are we North Dallas folks having big fun now.
