about peaceful protests & arrests for civil disobedience. In fact, when IMF/World Bank protestors come into town, they arrange in ADVANCE with police about what they intend to do, how many plan to be arrested, etc. so DC police know how many prs handcuffs to bring, where to take them for processing. All very organized!!

Joani's eye looks bad but doesn't seem to hurt....

She fell during the run up to the arrests.....
