Don't know how Reuters runs their content management but the link for the image you posted is:
i.today.reuters.com/pictures/galleries/newspictures/2005-09-24T142835Z_01_WHT305D_RTRIDSP_2_BUSH-HURRICANE-RITA.jpg

I suspect that the i.today.reuters.com portion has been changed to something like 24092005.reuters.com or some other variation on the date of the story.

If you really need it let me know and I will try to dig it up.
