My theory on NOLA is that the administration LIHOP to get people to accept
the idea of federalizing the disaster response.

This administration uses natural and planned catastrophic events to further it's agenda.

They knew the intensity of the hurricane before it hit. They stood by and did nothing. They then and still do blame local government for the delays. And now they offer the idea of federalizing the disaster response. I don't think this is all coincidental. It was a plan waiting for a disaster to strike.

Just like using 9/11 to go to war. PNAC says in it's statements that there has to be a national catastrophe for the people to go along with it's plans.

We are fast becoming what Germany was in the 1930's. To have us ignore this possibility as too outlandish is just what they are hoping for.

1. It was predicted to be a bad hurricane season
As far as I can see, it wasn't hard at all to use, and build, this disaster. They knew NO was at terrible risk.

And even if it hadn't been New Orleans, it would have been somewhere nearby

They knew it would happen somewhere

Because it was forecast to be a bad season.

2. I couldn't.....
agree more! By the administration's failure to act promptly in hurricane rescue efforts they are making it look as if the whole matter would have been better handled had the military been engaged...scary! The big spin is that they weren't organized! Well, the response to the threat of Rita was so much better---doubtful the government got THAT organized in a few weeks! I think you're right--they LIHOP and soon we will see the sheeple responding in the affirmative for, their safety, using the military! :scared:

3. Either way, let your Senators and Rep know that you don't want
Posse Comitatus, the law barring the military from arresting people in the US, to be overturned.

4. Once the military is in charge of us, all they have to do is say
Marshall Law and no more elections, ever. Overturning Posse Commitatus has been a repuke wet dream for decades, just like scrapping SS.

5. I'm confused
I thought everyone was mad at the Federal governement for doing nothing.

"They stood by and did nothing."

But you are also saying LIHOP so they could federalize the disaster responce.

Which action do you want them to do:

1) Do nothing and let state/local handle it
2) Control the situation, which would require federalizing the NG
3) Not say they are going to federalize it but just go in anyhow
4) Some other option

It seems you aren't happy with either option of them doing nothing, or controlling it.

It is a well known fact, admitted to and acknowledged by Sec/Def. Wm. Cohen in 1997...that there are those who have the capability to engineer our weather...they had a hands on exercise, about 4 months prior to Katrina...as to what would happen in a Cat4/5 storm in NOLA...so there was no excuse for the delay...except for what you state...to get their Automatic Trigger response by FEDERAL TROOPS to disasters in this country...why should that be, when the state's have their own military for just that purpose...THE NG...who are trained for such events...unless, unless...of course, the NG for the states affected by a disaster, are overseas, fighting in an illegal war...and indisposed to help their own...
Remember * wants to take each state's NG, and put them under the auspices of the FEDS...we must NOT allow that to happen...The NG is the one military institution specifically intended for protection of each individual state, and that state's citizens against any and all foreign/domestic threats. I question why the NG is deployed in Iraq, while there are FEDERAL troops available on bases in this country that should be there instead?(actually none should be there, just making a point) Posse Comitatus must be upheld...for all of our sakes, and well being...NO FEDERAL TROOPS, unless the STATE'S GOVERNOR requests them. WHY were mercenaries deployed in NOLA...(Blackwater)? WHY have foreign troops been allowed into NOLA? (Mexican and possibly German)? WHY should foreign troops be allowed to operate on our soil?
It's all a conditioning exercise..get the people used to it, they will learn to accept it, then it will be easy to do it whenever it's deemed necessary, because the people will believe it's being done to keep them safe....including putting down/controlling peace marches...Do any of you believe that a foreign soldier would have a problem shooting a citizen of this country, if ordered to do so?

Here's a link...It's lengthy, but it's worth the read...have patience for those of you who don't like indymedia..the guy writing makes a lot of sense, and puts a lot of ducks in a row...

http://publish.indymedia.org/en/2005/09/824765.shtml

and another one, about a weatherman that thinks our weather is being engineered...yeah, I know, fox news...but I have another if you don't believe this one...and a quote from Mr. Wm. S. Cohen former SOD, to boot..

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,170064,00.html

and another one, a WH press briefing about the AUTOMATIC TRIGGER response...

http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2005/09/20050926-2.html

Yes, we have reason to be concerned...but WHEN do we become concerned enough..??
