Clark will win South Carolina with the Black Vote Alone.....
Edwards from what I understand wants to throw the issue of Affirmative Action to the states to resolve.....

Clark has submitted his arguments to the Supreme Court in favor of continued Federal Support for Affirmative Action....

That one issue alone seals it up in Orangeburg.

Clark will be the nominee, period.....

3. Please, there is no wind out of my sails because I truly believe
that African Americans in South Carolina want to pick the candidate that can BEAT George Bush and is a man of principal... and will for for a change represent them in the most effective manner since Bill Clinton.

4. you may be right....
by Sharpton represents a certain level of frustration with the Democratic Party for feeling left out and used during election times....

They may instead use this opportunity to show the white Dem candidates that their vote can not be taken for granted....

2. Although I like your spirit...
SC is going to be a battle for Clark & Edwards. Some Edwards supporters here don't think so, but we have seen what over confidence can do here.

6. Well that would be tremendous for the campaign.
Edwards has stated that if he doesn't win South Carolina he's out.

13. If I was Clark I would focus on Oklahoma.....
He's trailing in SC by 10 points and is leading in OK. The object here is to get a win.

16. He has to visit everywhere like everybody else...period.....
That's where money comes in....

Ted Danson...is from Arizona....

Oklahoma needs attention.....

South Carolina needs the most attention period, in order to de-rail Edwards...the media is in Love with Him....., hell so is my Wife...

New Mexico? The Clinton factor could play here, if it really exists..
(i.e. Bill Richardson)

Clark has more American Indian endorsements than anyone in the race.

14. Sharptons support in SC will subside
he's had the state to himself pretty much while we've been in Iowa, NH.

17. What are you talking about?
John Edwards is a fierce advocate for affirmative action.

He also submitted a brief to the U.S. Supreme Court in the University of Michigan case.

Please check your facts before characterizing John Edwards. You're way off base.

19. Clark lost 20 points to Edwards in a week. Edwards is strong with AA vote
I don't see Clark getting the job done in SC.

20. The latest poll I've seen is close in SC.
Edwards, Kerry, Sharpton, and Clark all bunched up.

Will Dean continue to rebound and get in the game?

55 total delegates- could be split 4 or 5 ways almost equally.

21. And why is ther so little attention to Missouri?
Missouri has the most delegates at stake on Feb. 3 (88), and I can't even find a recent poll.
