May as well have been correspondence degree. then again, I never saw more incompetence and lack of preparedness than when I worked in one of the big NY law firms, and all the lawyers there were from Harvard, Yale, Stanford, NYU, Georgetown, etc. The first-years were, for the most part, imbeciles. Harvard Law, $135,000 a year, $30,000 bonus imbeciles. Shocking, really.

Emergency declaration. Was it excluded? I remember seeing a copy of the request from Gov. Blanco. I am so confused and so is Rep. Buyer and Brown. What is the truth here? Wasn't there a mention of all areas in the path of the storm PLUS the other specific parishes?
