6. It's good to see that Delay is smart enough to revisit the issue

and make an intelligent decision based on the most up to date information rather than ignoring the facts and stubbornly sticking to his previous position... just kidding, Delay is still a DUMBASS! I believe that was our spin "flip-flopping" (the term still makes me cringe) a few months ago, though. I'm not sure if I want the likes of Delay going back to slash what he considers "wasteful spending" though I have to think the bridge to nowhere will be one of the projects.
