I think it was Hillary...or maybe Eliot Spitzer...or possibly David Paterson...or maybe even Gert Clark...who said, at Charlie's 75th birthday party, that Charile was the only one they knew who could come up to you and declare "that's the worst idea I've ever heard" without causing you to take offense...something like that...You get the idea.
