When is his grand jury charter on the Plame leak up? I read he's due to end it "in the fall", whatever that means. Is there a possibility for extension if they aren't done?

5. The case is in court now, but the Chicago papers

have only said "the prosecutors" they haven't named Fitzgerald by name...so it could have been handed over to the public prosecutors office and Fitzgerald could still be in Washington...
