So called Air America "Scandal"?
Some jerk called the Springer show this morning complaining that he should be talking about the Air America charity scandal instead of the Delay scandal since Delay did nothing wrong. What is the scoop on this so called scandal with Air America? It appears that the Repubes are pulling out all of the guns on this one in a pathetic attempt to change the subject away from the Hammer getting hammered.

9. Oh so this started in the "New York Sun" huh?
for those not aware-the Sun was restarted last summer basically in the same roll as all RW media outlets--> another quotable source that their punditry can use and hopefully no one notices the source .

The Sun was an actual paper once but it folded in the 50's. The name was bought ( ala UPI was bought by Rev.Moon) and it was immadiately quoted on RW radio and Fox NEws.

4. A former AAR exec invested money he took from a charity
He's long gone, and the money was returned.

AAR is now launching an AAR Associates program where listeners can make donations which will be used to buy smaller radio stations, not to pay their bills.

7. I hope they can buy a station in my community.
The Atlanta station only comes in sometimes and even then is has static. The great thing about the Atlanta station is that it broadcasts the entire AAR lineup every day.

I'd love to have a station like that in my city. All we have now is the local NPR station and the college station. The college station doesn't do political shows.

5. Pathetic attempt to discredit AAR by the RW attack machine
because AAR is doing great and gaining more listeners each month!

11. There are two types of creeps - those who take the old news
and make it sound as if its breaking news - and those who heard it on the Pat Robertson show where the perpetual clock ticks off retold lies.
