If the American people want Bush Impeached, then they are suppose to make it happen! We can't continue to be held hostage by these evil Neo-Cons! Is it hopeless?

1. Until we start fighting back in terms they understand, it is hopeless.
There must be consequences for actions. Plain and simple.

If Dems support puke nominees or legislation, they must be held accountable. Would we be any worse off if there were fewer (or no) Dems in congress?

Until pukes start to suffer personally because of what they are doing to the country, they will just continue to do what they have always done. Make them pay for their misdeeds and they will be less likely to repeat the misdeed.

Every parent knows, just telling a child, "No, don't do that" and never following through with a consequence NEVER changes a behavior. Just using words is like trying to train a dog (no offense to dogs) by only talking to it.

3. back in the old days before diebold...
they use to have to worry about the will of the people.

63% are against the war in Iraq, and yet they keep giving Bush whatever funding he requests, and have done nothing to hold him accountable for the lies, the missing $9 billion, the obvious fraud by companies with close government ties...

seems they are more worried about what Bush thinks of them, than US.

It is their constitutional duty to begin impeachment proceedings immediately! I don't care if they don't think they have the numbers. They need to show everyone who is and who isn't serving the American people, so we can vote accordingly. (That is, of course, if our vote counted....which is another thing they should be shouting loudly about)

It only takes one member of the House to call for impeachment, and even Dennis Kucinich doesn't support impeachment. VERY dissapointing!

WE need to throw them all out starting with the dem primaries in the House and senate runs. WE need to run some everyday DUers, who will shout loudly about electronic voting machines. Besides that run on a platform of ending the war immediately and impeachment, and you're in. I bet alot of people on DU would chip in for campaigns, most of it could be done via websites...who here is unemployed and would like to make an easy 160,000 per year? 3 day work weeks, 3 martini lunches, full paid staff does your work for you...
