4. There was a caller yesterday who really let Susan
have it for letting RW callers go on and on and cutting others off. It was good to hear. Perhaps we should all stop thanking God for CSPAN. The only service they do right now is to broadcast Congressional sessions and hearings without interruption.

3. The Democrats have too many ideas
Many of which are in complete conflict with the ideas of other Democrats.

That's the problem.

5. What the hell? Are the Dems supposed to release a list of
solutions to every crisis that this Administration creates?

The Dems have ideas, and everyone knows what they are.

Protect our resources.

Use diplomacy effectively.

Never put our troops in harms way without exhausting all other options.

Guard our treasury wisely.

Pay our debts.

Always regard the poor and destitute with compassion.

Make friends.

Until the Dems are returned to power through an open election, the Republicans will just have to solve their own problems. So stop expecting Dems to clean up your messes.

And, if Republicans really want to experience Democrats ideas, put them in a position of power in your committees and see what starts to happen.

6. Yes. Republican / Bush crumbling has made a vacuum. Fill it.
Fill it with Democrat leadership and ideas. Be positive. Frame the debate. Republican ideas have proven to lead to cronyinsm and corruption. Fill the void with something better.

7. Don't forget competence
and bidding and merit for government contracts. And social justice and national health care.
I couldn't believe (but I could, really) that Lamb could read that spew from the Washington Times. They don't know any Democratic ideas because they don't know any Democrats.

8. I have a question - why is it that every time a Dem comes up with an idea
(and there are plenty of times) - it's shouted down as "throwing money at something" - like anybody (especially the Repukes) would do something for free . . .

All of their ideas involve tax breaks . . . (which, in a way, is throwing money at something . . .)
