Best nomination fight ever. Even beats '84. EVERYTHING is in play now.
Look at this stuff: five wide open medium size states, three of them swingers: New Mexico, Arizona, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Missouri... Plus North Dakota and Delaware to boot.

You couldn't write a better movie script than this. But what to call it?

  • "Lord of the Brass Ring".

  • "The Die Hard Four".

  • "Repeat Bill".

  • "How the Grinch Blew His 'Re'-Election Chances".

1. Kerry will get a huge bounce.
How many candidates have won both IA and NH without winning the nomination?

2. It should have something to do with the A-Team.
Weren't there just four of them? That was kinda before my time, but these guys are so damn cool, kinda like Mr. T but without the cliche toughness... see what I mean?

3. Hannibal, The Face, BA Baracus, and Howling Mad Murdoch. Oh, Lordy
The joke almost writes itself, doesn't it?

(Well, once you get over the delimma of whether Clark or Kerry gets to be Mr. T, it does...)
