Total number of votes and delegates selected in primaries so far
DC had a non-biniding primary so no delegates selected:

Dean: 17,736 43%
Sharpton: 14,248 34%
Braun: 4,824 12%
Kucinich 3,435 8%

Iowa didn't report total votes only delegates elected:
Kerry 1,128 38% (20 delegates)
Edwards 957 32% (18 delegates)
Dean: 540 18% (7 delegates)
Gep: 318 11% (no delegates)
Kucinich 39 1% (no delegates)

New Hampshire Primary:
Kerry: 84,227 39% (13 delegates)
Dean: 57,788 26% (9 delegates)
Clark 27,254 13% (no delegates)
Edwards: 26,415 12% (no delegates)
Lieberman: 18,829 9% (no delegates)
Kucinich 3,104 (no delegates)
Sharpton 345 (no delegates)

Total delegates selected in primaries/caucuses so far in 2004 (not counting Super Delegates)
Kerry: 33
Edwards: 18
Dean: 16

**As a side note in 1980 John Connally spent millions of dollars running for the GOP nomination and ended up with the grand total of only one delegate!! Kerry, Edwards, and Dean have a lot more to show for it so far.

2. Not important.
Count only the delegates bound to vote on the first ballot at the convention. Super delegates can change at anytime.
